Hi.
Okay, I must be missing something. I cannot figure out how to get  
abiword to start page numbering on the second page.
I'm writing a term paper. I want the first page of the document to be  
the cover page. The actual text of the paper starts on page 2. This  
should be numbered page 1. Likewise page 3 (the second page of text)  
should be numbered page 2, and so on.
 From searching it looks like it is something to do with section  
breaks and the Format > Headers/Footers dialog. I've tried a number  
of things and the second page of the document always gets numbered  
page 2.
Could someone please give me a basic step-by-step instruction for  
doing this? Or point me in the direction of existing instructions?
(I'm running 2.4.1 on Mac OS X 10.4, but that shouldn't really make a  
difference.)
