John, if you can confirm that these bugs are duplicates of 1418 (and
they very well may be), could you mark them as such in Bugzilla? If
there's only one bug on the problem, it will help to focus minds. I run
Abi under Linux, so I can't check them.

It is supposed to do something of the sort. I'm not sure exactly how it
works on Windows.

Please do this. Most of the developers use Abi under Linux, and thus
won't realise that this is an important bug unless people tell them.
(No, I'm not a developer. I just help write the help files and triage
Bugzilla when I have time.)
