Also show palette in page background colour dialog.

Do we really want to have screen colour in the options dlg /and/ page
background colour? I think i could live without it, except it's for the
same reason that gnome print preview has such a thing. If so i'd propose
to use a "use gtk theme colour" ckeckbox as well.
