Swiss Translation

Hi!

Here's the Swiss translation "de-CH.strings" for AbiWord. The front end
translation is complete.

I guess it's also suitable for Germany (de-DE.strings) as there aren't
any major differences (except the double s).

Thanks very much for the great work in AbiWord! I like it a lot!
