Fwd: libwpd-0.8.0 for Win32

FYI, libwpd is available as a very nicely compacted DLL (168k
unzipped). If we're still distributing the bulky 1+ meg DLL with the
plugins, we should obviously switch. ;)

Hello Mikey,

I am writing you that since libwpd-0.8.0, we are releasing the DLL on
our sf.net file release system. The DLLs are both stripped of all junk
and upx compressed. I tried them here and they work well with the
wpd2foo utilities.

This should make a package of a more reasonable size for downloading by
the AbiWord Win32 installer.
